Leading multiple organizations while still building a foundational organization, travelling to multiple cities.

Criteria must be met in the calendar month prior, to qualify and recieve bonus payouts.

Supervisor (SA)

Description

The next available position is the Supervisor position. This is absolutely one of the most important positions in the organization. You will make a huge impact on your own personal and professional development as well as helping your team grow.

Promotion Qualification

Surpass 150 Sales in your career, have a vehicle to transport your team and be dedicated to growth OR Surpass 16 Points in 1 shift, and help recruit, code and maintain 1 new representative to your organization and have a vehicle to transport your team to the field.

Promote 2 Supervisors from your team. One to replace you, and one to take into your new team to build.
